Thank you John, Jeff and Randy! You guys made buying my car so easy!

My husband and I were looking for a particular color of a new 2016 Buick Enclave w/Premium package. Randy Fuqua of John Roley went above and beyond until he found exactly what I wanted. Jeff Shelley and Pat Sullivan were professional, friendly and eager to assist in any way they could.

I made an 11 hour drive to Littlefield to visit with my Mother on Wednesday. Of course, just as I was coming into Lubbock my new 2016 Cadillac CT6 comes on and tells me I need an oil change. I called on Thursday morning and Moe Castillo answered my call, and scheduled me for 4:15 the same day. Upon arrival Moe was waiting for me and I was in and out in less than an hour. He was was very friendly and professional. Thank you Moe for the great service and making a frustrating situation far away from home something easy to deal with.

From Day 1 when I inquired about my Denali, the people at John Roley have been amazing. It sounds trite but they really all were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. And the service experience was the same. I was totally appreciative and surprised that not only had my car been washed, it had been totally cleaned inside. The fact that we own 4 Siberian Huskies who shed like crazy and my vehicle has a black interior made this a daunting task. There was no sign of white hair and no nose prints on the window. It makes the trip from Lubbock well worth it and I know where my next vehicle will be purchased. Thank you!

Had to bring car in for emergency repair of one issue caused by recent recall work - while that was fixed quickly and they admitted it was their mistake and did not charge me - it makes me wonder about quality of their repairs. Have had another issue with key binding in ignition they have not been able to reproduce but each time I picked the car up it has occurred within 24 hours of having the car back so I am unsure of how much effort they are putting in on trying to solve this problem...may have to take for service elsewhere. I appreciate them trying to get the car back to me quickly but if I am afraid to drive it for fear of getting somewhere and not being able to get the key out the car then having the car is pretty much useless. Sorry...I want to give you higher marks but just can't at this time.
