They have done lots of work for us in the past, including roofing, remodeling and the latest was a metal fence. It has always been a smooth process and if any problem arise they are always quick to come and fix it right away! Very BLESSED to have them in our community!
Complete remodel: all walls resurfaced, some electrical & plumbing upgrades, all flooring redone with carpet and vinyl plank (some subfloor repair required), gut and redo of main bathroom (custom vanity; shower tile), new windows throughout (2 windows added/enlarged, which required brick work on the exterior), new laminate kitchen counters and paint (some reworking of layout & addition of gas stove), entryway enlarged, pass-through to 2nd bathroom added, pantry shelves redone, new shower in 2nd bath. Work was done well. It took 3 weeks longer than scheduled due to issues with an old house and workmen being fired by company and new hires sent in. Mike Fortenberry & our contractor, Carl Miller, stands by the project and is still attending to small details a month after completion. Great rapport with both! It's all guaranteed, so they will come out and fix any of their work that needs repair in the future. We also had them do a roof repair and roof replacement on a 2nd structure (quick, professional, quality work).
I have to say we were not impressed with our roof at all. They did not work with our insurance company the way they were suppose to and then changed the amount we signed for to get extra out of us. They did the job in less than a day but it shows!! It was horrblie with tar dripping off the sides of the house , roofing shingles are bubbling up and it's only been on there for a couple of months and nails left every where. It's a rip off. One of the owners was so rude & even came to my work with the most unprofessional attitude ever to collect checks. This company was the worst decision we made to have our house to get upgraded. My company alone could not believe how everything was handled & will make sure we never recommend them to anyone that ask us.
